How to apply
STEP 1
Fill in the application form and send it to the organiser’s address by 31st May 2010 (the application forms are valid only with the proof of participation fee settlement enclosed; application forms with no proof attached shall not be registered).

STEP 2
The moment the participation confirmation sent back by the organiser has been received, the payment of fees of all the remaining participants needs to be settled by 30th May 2010.

ATTENTION!

A participant needs to possess:
  • ID card with a photography
  • Valid medical examination (organiser accepts group examination)
  • Accident insurance
  • Personal health insurance number
