RULES AND REGULATIONS
§ 1. Regulations At the tournament, the general rules of football game shall apply, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the statement herein and the binding regulations of the Polish Football Association
§ 2. Referees The matches shall be supervised by the referees associated in the Football Association of the Wielkopolska Province.
§ 3. Age groups shall be defined as follows: BOYS
- U 18- born in 1992 and younger
- U 16- born in 1994 and younger
- U 15- born in 1995 and younger
- U 14- born in 1996 and younger
- U 13- born in 1997 and younger
- U 12- born in 1998 and younger
- U 11- born in 1999 and younger
- U 10- born in 2000 and younger
§ 4. Football fields’ sizes, footballs, and football boots
- Age categories: U18,U16, U15, U14, U13, U12: full-size football field, football no. 5;
- Age categories: U11, U10- half of the full-size football field, goals 5x2m, penalty kick 9m, football no. 4;
- Age categories: U13, U12, U11, U10 shall use soft-sole football boots (rubber, plastic) solely.
§ 5. Team composition and changes to it
- Before every match, the team leaders shall be obliged to fill in the report, a protocol on the tem members participating in the match.
- Age categories: U18,U16, U15, U14, U13, U12- in the match 11 players shall take part, the teams shall have the right to an unlimited number of player exchanges from among the players listed in the protocol. The exchanged players shall have the righ to return to the game.
- Age categories: U11, U10- in the match 8 players (7 players+ the goalkeeper) shall take part, the teams shall have the right to an unlimited number of player exchanges from among the players listed in the protocol.
- Player exchange may take place only during a break, at the referees approval.
- A player shall be allowed to be a member of only one team and only one age category.
§ 6. Game length 1. eliminations: Categories U18, U16, U15- 2x25 min., with a break of 5 min.; Categories U 14, U13, U12, U11, U10- 2x20 min., with a break of 5 min.; 2. finals: Categories U18, U16, U15- 2x30 min., with a break of 10 min.; Categories U 14, U13, U12, U11, U10- 2x25 min., with a break of 10 min.;
§ 7. Cup eliminations and scoring system
- Cup eliminations’ form shall depend on the number of teams accepted.
- Scoring system shall be as follows:
- 3 points for a match won,
- 1 point for a match inconcluded (ended in a draw),
- 0 points for a match lost.
§ 8. Ranking rules 1. The position of a team in the ranking shall depend on the number of the points scored. 2. Should more than one team score the same number of points, their position in the ranking shall depend on: If 2 teams score the same number of points: the number of points gained by the teams in the matches against one another; should the score be still even, more favourable diffrence of goals scored during the matches throughout the whole tournament, should the score be still even, larger number of goals scored in all the games of the cup, Should the score be still even, lot drawing shall decide about the team’s position in the ranking.
If more than two teams score the same number of points, additional auxiliary scoring for the matches of the teams at stake shall teke place, according to the following rules: the number of points gained by the teams in the matches played between them; should the score be still even, more favourable difference of goals scored in the matches played between them; should the score be still even, larger number of goals scored in the encounters between the teams involved;.
d) should the score be still even, more favourable difference of goals scored during the matches throughout the whole tournament; e) should the score be still even, larger number of goals scored in all the games of the cup, f) should the score be still even, lot drawing shall decide about the team’s position in the ranking.
3. Should a match in quarter-finals, semi-finals, or finals end in a draw, a penalty shootout of 5 penalty shots shall decide about the result of the match. Should it still be a draw, additional shots shall be added one by one until one of the teams has scored more goals.
§ 9. Penalties and protests
- Timed penalties lasting from 1 to 5 minutes.
- Should a player break the rules in an evident and mischevious manner, he may be sent off from the pitch (a red card).
- The consequences of the red card shall be decided upon by the Cup Comittee.
- In the event of disagreement, the team concerned shall have the right to protest within 30 minutes as of the match being fininshed; the protest shall be considered at the end of the day after the due deposit of PLN 100 has been settled. Should the protest be rejected, the organiser shall be entitled to keep the deposit.
§ 10 Organisational matters
- The organiser does not provide accident insurance to the players.
- Every team shall be obliged to accord numbers to the players to be worn on their sports outfits during the matches till the end of the cup finals.
- Sports outfits of all players in the team need to be uniform.
- Every team shall be obliged to present the following documents:
a) collective list of team members, b) valid shool ID cards with a photoraph or another ID document confirming the members’ identity, c) valid medical examination results confirming the ability of the players to participate in the tournament (collective lists allowed).
- The organiser allows for the participation of girls in the cup. In every age category, the girl players need to be a year older than the boy players (for instance, a girl born in 1997 shall belong to the category U12 born in 1998)
§ 11. The organiser shall have the exclusive right to interpret the rules and regulations statement. |
